As a lifelong Central Texan, Jessica loves being able to call Austin home and feels fortunate to share many of the same childhood experiences she so enjoyed here now with her own two children and husband. She graduated from the University of Texas School of Law in 2007, and while studying there was awarded the Victor and Myra Ravel law Scholarship in Children's Rights for her work in the Advanced Children's Rights clinic. Jessica has always been passionate about solving problems for all families, and since 2014 has specialized exclusively in estate planning.
Her focus on estate planning has allowed her to serve clients with all types of needs, assets and family compositions. She helps families across the spectrum of life situations, from taxable estates and complex dynamics to families with standard profiles who just need to get their affairs in order. She was recently named one of “Austin’s Top Attorneys for 2020” in Wills by Austin Monthly, and has provided trainings on elder and child protection through planning to local childcare and preschool providers, as well as Family Eldercare, and is an estate planning Volunteer with Volunteer Legal Services.
