If there were one question we hear the most out there in the divorce world, it would definitely be: Do I really need a lawyer when I’m getting divorced? People who ask this question usually fall into one of two categories: 1) Smart professionals who think they've worked out all the terms on their own/how hard could it be anyway, or 2) People who literally cannot afford a lawyer.
